I think one problem is going to be the physical condition of many houses either headed to foreclosure or already there. People stop caring, plus they have to be careful what they spend, they simply let the properties deteriorate.

Im looking to buy !'Tis a great time, esp in the upper end of the market. Realtor told me that anything above 300K (upper end, in my area, median is around 170-180K) is selling at about 20% discount or more.
