0bama got more money from BP than any other person in all of politics, prior to the election.

0bama then went on to certify the well last spring.

It is obvious that 0bama was bought by BP and allowed them to work on an installation that was substandard. 0bama is completely to blame for this spill.

Obama got all that money from individual BP employees. None of it came from the BP PAC or the corporation itself. I am looking for evidence that the money was bundled, since that would be definite proof of a payoff. Do you have any?

The well that the MMS approved met all standards at the time. If the well was “substandard”, it is because BP decided to not follow its own safety standards. It cut corners to save time. That is why this well blew. BP is far more to blame.

But the entire federal system of approving these wells just on the basis of the oil companies’ assurances obviously has to change. But wouldn’t that mean more regulation?
