CAPE MAY COURTHOUSE, N.J. (CBS 3) ― Vincent DeSario, 19, died after being beaten with a baseball bat in Wildwood, New Jersey.
Alberto Martinez, 28, has been charged with murder after allegedly beating Vincent DeSario, 19, with a wooden baseball bat.
According to information released in court, DeSario, of Edison, New Jersey, was in Wildwood on May 10 for a golf tournament.

Maybe someone should send this story to the DA (dumb ass) that charged the off duty cop with murder for shooting an assailant because he was only armed with a baseball bat.

First off, I am so sorry for your loss. I wish every relative of every victim of an attack by an illegal could have a class action lawsuit against the government. I’m sick of all of this.
