So, because John Wayne Gacy & Jeffrey Dahmer murdered boys in the "private" confines of houses (for Dahmer it was his grandmother's house and later his apartment), would you define their "activity" as "private", too? (Or is it just possible that describing dismemberment, which certainly is what Dahmer shared in common with abortionists' need to dismember their victims, as "private activities" tends to border on a ludicrous description of heinous acts?)
Hey, it’s not me who defines private. This is a LEGAL definition of private activities. By law. they are anything you do when you aren’t being paid by some entity, when you aren’t on company time.
