Not sure. I do know folks of every color,race and creed want to help and are being given no directions,equipment or supplies though and in some cases, kept away by gov. bureaucrats from helping at all.

Thee are thousands of private shrimping, fishing and oyster boats sitting idle in South Louisiana and thousands of people not working on those boats due to the BP blow out.

BP could put all of these people to work in the containment effort and keep the government out of it.
