At the risk of being a Killjoy...I keep hearing that the leak has been plugged and all is looking up....but everytime go to the live feed, it looks like a volcano. How can the pressure be near zero and look like it does??!!

Could it be that they are trying to plug the leak in Obama's credibility instead.

It would be a gradual process, and at first the oil would be mixed with mud. Give it 24 hours.
I believe they are still pumping mud to force the oil and gas further down the bore hole; a portion of that mud is coming out the top through those holes that we see in the underwater camera feeds.

Maybe its like the movie “Speed” ... they’re looping a tape of the leaking pipe and making it appear to be a live feed to throw everyone off.

Time will tell if they truly stopped it... It does look different now in color but they have a lot more work to do before they can call it a success.

It looks to be much less than what I saw last night. It doesn’t look like there is much pressure behind this. Still bad, tho.

All I know was they said it will take 24 to 36 hours from now before they will know if it worked.
Which might mean they’re lying, but that a majority of the idiots in the U.S. will believe the lie if it’s told often enough by the MSM.
What I’m wondering is what are the chances of the oil finding another area to pop up through cracks in the seabed?
And, why aren’t they harvesting all they can get their hands on?

You can tell the leak has stopped if Obama takes credit for it.
The person or persons saying that everything is going well and the leak has stopped, is lying.
Could it be timing of Obama’s speech today and news reports?
