WTF is the matter with these people?
My thoughts exactly. No branch of the Federal government should ignore any Federal law. They should refer the case to the appropriate law enforcement agency and move on to their core task. Such contempt for the law. It’s a very bad sign. It basically gives too much discretion to the Federal Government (a government of men not laws).
Last time they sent the Guard to the border (2007) they sent them UNARMED.

I’m surprised that Obama won’t be employing them to AID illegals in coming over the border. The NG can hand out food, water, provide medical care, even give out cash payments and rides to the nearest major (American) city.
