I’m surprised that Obama won’t be employing them to AID illegals in coming over the border. The NG can hand out food, water, provide medical care, even give out cash payments and rides to the nearest major (American) city.
That's exactly what he's doing. With guards protecting their crossing unless they are carrying guns or drugs it's essentially aiding them.
Anything short of stopping everyone crossing the border IS aiding them.
