The guys are always at fault no matter according to the Leftist, feminist political climate aka; the courts system in this country, and certain types of women, primarily of the Leftist in perspective with that knowledge have capitalized on it.

I'm not sure what the faminist political climate has to do with it.It's left our society generally starved of the sound principles that would obviate such abuses. And, yes, "faminist" is an excellently apporpriate Freudian slip.
