Funny, I’ve lived in Seattle since 1966 and trying to get permanently to my farm in Kentucky. The roads around my place there are what Seattle bike trails aspire to be.

I expected to see a couple of libtopias on the list but not most of it. Is there a real list without the fairy dust sprinkled on it?

Maybe not in the city, but definitely in the Hill Country, maybe more around San Marcos, so that it’s equidistant between Austin and San Antonio.

Probably one of the criteria, that the community have the "right" social views.
I've seen one such "liveable cities" that included proximity to NYC as a requirement (for a national, not regional, publication).
