Oh come on... when dumping a 30 round 5.56 magazine on full auto, it most definitely helps to have a precision scope. Preferably a 10x-30x zoom.

Search for the term "ACOG" on your favorite search engine. Much of our ground troops are using them in conjunction with lasers for short range.
