Are American citizens involved with this?
Also supplying first aid kits to Taliban fighters. Not just training.
Why isnt that left to the Red Crescent? I mean, come on.....their is a “Cross” in Red Cross.
What’s up with their muslim principles?
their = there
Haven’t financially supported them since the 911 debacle. Will now stop promoting anything to do with them. ENOUGH!
It would be interesting to know how much $ the Int. Red Cross gets from the American Red Cross. Of course we get screwed again.
Here's the problem when you decide to treat the enemy. In Helmand in April, Afghan security raided a hospital in Lashkar Gah, run by an Italian NGO called Emergency. Nine staff were arrested after weapons and suicide bomb vests were found in the hospital compound.
Under the guise of getting medical care, the enemy is staging fighters and weapons in hospital compounds.
Once you consort with the enemy, where do you draw the line? Because now medical trainers are infiltrated with the enemy and need the enemy for their own protection.
The enemy has no respect for medical care, all "neutral" parties provide cover by their presence.
Another one of many reasons why I donate to the Salvation Army instead of the Red Cross.
Ditto and bump to your post no. 8.
