SNIPPET: “Two people were killed and 34 others, including police officers, were wounded when bombs exploded in front of a Mazda showroom on Ruam Mitr road and on Piti road in Yalas Muang district on Wednesday morning, police said.
The first bomb went off about 10.12am and the second, on Piti Road, about 10.15am, police said.”

I assume this is connected with the Muslim insurgency down there and has nothing to do with the red shirts.
In the 60's the same groups were doing the same crap, but back then they were claming to be communist freedom fighters.
I don’t know much about the region, but I’ve wondered why Thailand just doesn’t dump them on Malaysia. Are they worth all that trouble?
