If you go into the details of the three reports, you find they were funded by NOAA and conducted by the Americas Climate Choices group. If you look at who is on this committee and the different subcommittees, they are mostly global warming activists. So you have activists doing doing studies on their own work.

I know I’m getting very tired of hearing this crap. They really need to explain what is going to be accomplished by this or any other tax. All utilities are hurting right now because the economy has depressed revenues due to lack of sales.
