Thanks to the CA Assembly of Liberals, the state is in the sewer.

Maldonado’s Prop 14 seems like an obvious NO.

My local NBC affiliate KNTV 11 (Bay Area) has been running editorials on the propositions with Suzanne Shaw. KNTV is advocating YES on Prop 14, citing "fairness" that all voters should get to choose who runs for office, effectively eliminating the (near extinct anyway) Republican party in California.

It’s laws like 14 that further dilute the conservative principles upon which the GOP was founded. If you want RINOs to proliferate, vote YES on 14.

My local NBC affiliate KNTV 11 (Bay Area) has been running editorials on the propositions with Suzanne Shaw. KNTV is advocating YES on Prop 14,...

Suzanne Shaw, who seemed like a reasonable/attractive talking head - started broadcasting these KNTV Editorials around 1/2 a year ago. They have been consistently pro-Marxist, on whatever subject she deems worthy of her Editorial pronouncements. I had written her off as useless - but she has served a good purpose with the elections coming up. I had skimmed through the ballot, and checked NO on Propositions 14 and 15 - but I planned on reading the Propositions in more detail later... But with good old Suzanne Shaw advocating YES votes on Props 14 and 15 -- I know I don't need to waste anymore time. NO it is...

My mother remembers a California when people could vote in any primary for any candidate they wished regardless of party. She thinks this Prop 14 will bring back that freedom, and somehow help the state.

I think that it will kill any chance for any candidate to ever have to campaign on ANY conservative ideal. The top two candidates could well be two libs. It will have a disenfranchising effect for California conservatives, I think. Voting NO.
