Dow had bounced back up to -183. It appears that Obama's PPT has turned off the handhelds on the floor so that they can't execute sell orders. And if the Dow doesn't close above 10K today they will probably just erase the trades like they did last time.

There is no market any more. Obama just writes a script and they market says the lines.
