President Barack Obama and family are heading home for the Memorial Day holiday, and though the schedule is still sketchy, he's confirmed to attend ceremonies at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery in far south suburban Elwood.
Mr. Obama, First Lady Michelle, and children Malia and Sasha will arrive in Chicago on Thursday, according to a White House Press release. What they'll be doing between then and Monday has yet to be released but they will be staying at their home in Hyde Park.

I just confirmed about 5 of 8 years for Bush at Arlington, and that was done in just a half minute of google searching.
He’s going back to Chicago to get some “down-low” at the Chicago Men’s Club. I’d bet Rahm is traveling with him for the same reason. They can only do without for so long.
I should have read all the replies before posting. We’re on the same page with his reasons.
