DAVENPORT, Iowa – Nine former employees of a U.S. Department of Education contractor pleaded "not guilty" today to charges of gaining unauthorized computer access to Barack Obama's student loan records.
The nine are charged with accessing the information at various times between July 2007 and March 2009, both before and after Obama was elected president, from the Coralville, Iowa, offices of Vangent Inc., a consulting firm that serves the federal government and higher education institutions.

I would have thought that they could demand that the records be introduced into evidence. But who knows? The courts no longer seem to be accountable.
I liked what Old Salt said on Citizen Wells...have the 9 defendants counter sue Obummer demanding Obummer show his credentials to bring suit (via the government) against them.

Yes! How do we as a jury know that they accessed anything pertaining to the ONE unless we can view and inspect what they supposedly accessed?
I've been saying that all along, its not that he was or wasn't born in Hawaii, its that he was adopted by Soetoro when they moved to Indonesia. And since he has spent his adult life claiming to be a Indonesia Muslim when that was advantageous, a kenyan born British subject when that ruse was beneficial to him and then a Hawaii born American etc...
Its not that he was not born in Hawaii, the real story id that he has lied at every turn of the hat about who he is for personal gain. That's what they are hiding.
9. One of the printouts provided by Mr. Sampson show Mr. Obama’s origin in Equatorial Guiney, which is different from the official information stating his origin to be Hawaii and Kenya.
