so much for Meg Whitman. This ought to finish her off and all of her lies as well. She has spent 80 million dollar smearing her opponents while trying to cover up for the fact that she didnt register as a republican until November 2007 so she could "vote for my friend Mitt Romney". Thats some set of core beliefs there. She campaigned for and called Barbara Boxer a "courageous leader" in 2004. She went on a global warming cruise with Jimmy Carter and Van Jones in 2008. She wrote a 300k check to Environmental Defense Fund in 2008. She is a complete train wreck depserately trying to buy her way into the republican nomination, and she isnt even a republican. The big Washington DC elite love her checkbook.

Tom McClintock endorsed heartily Steve Poizner, im with him.

Meg Whitman bought the Howard Jarvis endorsement. Howard Jarvis ENDORSED STEVE POIZNER IN 2006 AND DONATED TO HIS GOVERNORS RACE IN 2009! They had no issue with Poizner until Meg wrote them a big check.

Tom McClintock has worked with Steve for the last 6 years. If he trusts him and is saying Meg is smearing Poizner, im with him.

And lastly, it doesnt take a genius to see Meg is lying about Poizners record at the dpeartment of insurance. Im an inusrance agent, and he CUT my licensing fees twice in the last year. First time ever.

Megs position on Arizona says it all.

Which one’s the Republican?

The one that Tom McClintock endorsed. What have you done for the cause lately, other than spout off on a message board? Until you take up and do something more than that, your clearly uninformed opinion is irrelevant.

Witless and Poisoner are both RINOs. It speaks volumes that Poisoner was the ONLY Republican Ahnuld actively supported for statewide office during the 2006 campaign. Poizer didn't have a single conservative bone in his body during that election. And yes McClintock endorsed Poisoner this time around, but McClintock endorsed Ahnuld for re-election too. His endorsements aren't infallible.

There's no viable conservative candidate on the ballot, but I'd cast my vote for a decent little-known person like Ken Miller anyway. Nothing good will come from a Poisoner or Witless nomination, and certainly not from having them as Governor.

Heck, I don't think Whitman even bothered to vote for something like 20 years. I don't remember exactly how long.

Someone asked, "Who's the Republican?" To that I say...both Whitman and Moonbeam will do nothing to help CA in any way, shape, or form. They both will send CA over the edge (which will just cost the rest of the nation more money to bail out. You know it will)

Whitman should be running on the Dem ticket against Moonbeam.

I'll go with McClintock any day of the week!

I’ll vote for either of those R’s over a D. People who got on their high horses over RINOs in 2008 helped give us BHO.

Well, don’t be so sure. Maybe Sarah Palin can still fly in and endorse her.

If you pay Jon Coupal enough money he will come and clean your septic tank for you.

Elections like this are good reasons to either out your own name forward during the primary, or to just move out of California...

Maybe to one of the lutefisk-eating states out here in the middle of the country, dontcha know?

There are RINOs and there are Democrats running as Rs. Whitman and Poizner are the latter.

Well .. while I’m not the biggest fan of Poizner, the report I received from an acquaintance was that Steve did a good job as insurance commissioner.

If that’s true .. then Meg is lying when she says in her latest commercial that she’s running for Gov to “clean up the mess he made” (of course she mentions Campbell too), but I don’t think Steve was a voting member of the state legislature .. meaning he didn’t have anything to do with the mess the dems have made in Sacramento.

I’m getting very tired of the spots she’s running against Steve .. they’re juvenile.

Also .. my main complaint against Meg - SHE THINKS VAN JONES IS A GENIUS. You can’t get much more socialist than that. She’s as phoney as they come.

I’m really concerned she will get the nomination. While she can probably wipe the floor with Jerry, I expect him to pull out all the stops to dirty her up a lot.

Questions on Calderon

Why is it our fault that his people shoot each other to death?

Why is it our fault that he cannot find work for millions of his citizens?

Why is it our fault that he resides over a medieval serfdom that diminishes the lives of millions and forces him to illegally instruct them to enter our country, so that his country can receive foreign dollars and his trespassing citizens can enjoy American health and education benefits.

Why is it that we have to pay for the education of illegals when our own citizenry are not being adequately educated?

Why is it the we have black teenage unemployment in the 30% range and yet we have to depend on illegal aliens to fill construction, gardening, restaurant, warehouse and every other unskilled labor requirement? Why doesn’t anyone mention this - that two problems should be solved simultaneously?

Why is it after one hundred years, since the inception of the word “wetback” which entered the written lexicon in 1920, that hordes of unskilled, illiterate Mexicans continue to illegally enter the United States, through recession and through depression, through boom and bust, generation upon generation and no one, virtually no one asks, why is Mexico so wrong and America so right? What is it that America does so exceptionally well that the Mexicans cannot seem to emulate? Have they no resources like oil and gas? Have they no verdant fields upon which to grow, have they no thousands of miles of coastline, have they enough labor to accomplish anything, have they no ability to teach people, have they no law upon which to build a nation? Why is it that they continually fail, that everything they touch turns to waste? Why is it that their propagandists claim the American southwest was stolen from them and no American makes the obvious response - ‘well if you did have it, it would only be an extension of the human destroying, poverty inducing serfdom that you live in, so thank God America had it - where else could you run to? Cuba?

I know of 150% more stinkers she’s funded and endorsed than you, apparently.

19. Lisa Murkowski
20. Lindsay Graham
21. Orrin Hatch

What have I done? I’ve stopped pretending that the GOP in this State represents the views of conservatives; that it’s anything other than a wing of the Democrat Party.

What have you done?
