Doesn’t matter to me who Palin endorses. I either agree or disagree with her. People get too bent out of shape over piddly crap. My solution would be to get behind the candidate of my choice and outwork the opposition to get him/her elected.

McCain would have wound up with about 30% of the vote if it hadn’t been for Palin in 2008. Now you bring that dynamic to his home state, and the citizens of Arizona have to work twice as hard to get the old crusty RINO out of there. You wouldn’t be somewhat angered over that?

I certainly would be. The big mo that should have broken your way out of the gate, is now a big mo against, and something you have to fight desperately to overcome. It’s made Hayworth’s task far more difficult to pull off.

Let’s say she’s only worth 10% of the vote. That means you have to win back 5% plus one just to be back to where you were before she screwed up. And if she had come out for Hayworth, you’d have all that 10% and MeCain would be having to dig to overcome the deficit.

It’s a huge difference.
