Thanks EV, by my count there should be six more if 59 voted in favor.

Oops my bad you are right just four joining (my brain was thinking 69 voting for)

“Joining Grassley in support of the measure were 55 Democrats and Republican Sens. Susan Collins and Olympia Snowe of Maine and Scott Brown of Massachusetts. The 37 Republicans voting against the measure were joined by Democratic Sens. Maria Cantwell of Washington and Russ Feingold of Wisconsin, who said the bill is too weak to reign in Wall Street firms.

U.S. Sens. Robert Byrd, D-W.V., and Arlen Specter, D-Pa., did not vote.

The Senate did not vote on any amendments Thursday night — meaning that Sens. Jeff Merkley, D-Ore., and Carl Levin’s, D-Mich., strong version of the Volcker rule, barring proprietary trading at banks, will not be in the bill. The hard work of reconciling the House and Senate bills in conference committee starts soon.”
