We have a misleading headline here. "DC Metro..... " does not necessarily refer to the District of Columbia's "Metropolitan Police". The "Metrorail" system has its own cops.

So, which police force did the writer intend? Or did he mean both, or maybe he has no idea what he's reporting about.
