You missed the regulations dealing with lead painted homes, that the EPA now requires dealing with as if they will destroy the planet.
Actually that is somewhere way back in my posting history...
Construction guys need to have been trained by specially trained trainers.....phhhht!
So now the OSHA lead trained personnel are not sufficient.
