President Obama's second state dinner Wednesday night was a feast of glamour, gags, and gossip with a touch of politics - and not a single gatecrasher.
The event's chief head-turners were First Lady Michele Obama, resplendent in a shimmering, cobalt blue, one-strap gown by Peter Soronen; as well as Gayle King and Eva Longoria Parker decked out in orange toga-syle affairs...

The exploded-dough-can effect could have been overcome if she had just used double-sided tape. It makes one-strap dresses flow much nicer over the body. Eva is using it.
The last thing you want to do when you're flat chested and have some back fat is SQUEEZE into a strapless dress!

Is that pic from a German Fasching (similar to Mardi Gras) event? Don't know...but when you search pics with 'blue tarp/duct tape' you get that picture...I will assume in a few days the search of those terms will bring up the FLOTUS garb...lol
