As Luxemberg is the number one per capital income country in the world, I believe, this is OK inasmuch as it is just more redistribution (sarcasm)

We are Greece too. I bet the Crats can maintain control. Cutting off the Heroin of Government money will scare the voters to death. We will continue until every last bit of Capital is drained. The giant sucking sound is getting LOUDER!

There is nobody to bail us out. The only question is how long they can keep the Ponzi going.

in the end, the strong will take care of themselves and as many as they can carry and survive

the rest will perish

This is how the nation started, it is how it will survive, albeit not in its present form

The Greeks are to Europe what the Democrats are to the United States. They spend money irresponsibly and expect others to finance their corrupt, unproductive lifestyle.

They produce little or nothing of value but demand that others give them money for free or else they will riot, protest, etc.

Yeah, you got it right. From what I've read though, the Germans may not go for being the banker of Europe. I'm reading that the Germans may revert back to the Mark and go their own way. If this happens then the Euro and the EU will become a failed footnote in history. The Greeks and the other PIIGS will continue to do what they do best; riot, throw rocks, make noise while their respective currencies spin down the drain of devaluation. Soon it will take a wheel borrow of drachmas to purchase a shot of ouzo...
