For a case to fall apart requires that the government have a case to begin with. It appears that they didn’t.
Yes, Holder’s and Obama’s case against the Hutaree fell apart on day 1.

Govy has no real case here...this was a political stunt run amok by the inexperienced Justice Department folks....they will have tapes that will be edited to isolate discussions of violent acts that were part of idiot drunken banter....entrapment by an undercover....as I recall they were threatening LEO’s..please..this is a bucket of political spit.
How bout them Black Panthers at the polling place Mr Attorney General? You taken away their weapons yet? How many more resignations will be needed before the press pays attention to what you are not doing?

So, the Obama Gestapo arrests American citizens because their papers are not in order and then is forced to release them because no crime is committed. Meanwhile, illegal immigrants are being provided with United States Marshal escorts so that they will not be harassed when they go to the polls.

I assumed they were kind of nutty at first as well but having followed it they seem to be quite normal people. Most were gainfully employed and without police records of any kind.

They want conservative citizens to be the problem so badly that they are willing to conjure threats and do it poorly...I think there are enough crazys out there for them to find...they just aint the right demographic for the White House in this election year
