"Janse says Bellard failed to yield right of way to Hudson's motorcycle and was hit."

WTH? My state's laws specifically say pedestrians have right of way in all traffic situations. This rider was doing wheelies at 70 mph, 10:30 at night. That means he willfully chose to ride blind and invisible with no steering control...at 70 mph on a public street, but Bellard "failed to yield right way"?
