WTH? My state's laws specifically say pedestrians have right of way in all traffic situations. This rider was doing wheelies at 70 mph, 10:30 at night. That means he willfully chose to ride blind and invisible with no steering control...at 70 mph on a public street, but Bellard "failed to yield right way"?
