Though he withheld comment on whether he will ultimately support her Supreme Court nomination, Republican Sen. Lindsey Graham gave Elena Kagan generally positive reviews following their meeting today.
"I think she's done a pretty good job" in her current position as U.S. solicitor general, Graham told reporters. He specifically cited her work on issues pertaining to the laws of war -- a topic he described as "something that's near and dear to my heart."
"For the most part, I think she's taken pretty well-reasoned positions about legal rights of detainees," he said. But he quickly added, "I really don't know how I'm going to view her until we have the hearings."

Also, remember who Graham’s mentor was...John McCain also grabbed Scott Brown as soon as he won the election and Brown is starting to do some cross over like his mentor. Mc Cain..hopefully, JD will put the senator to bed and his influence in the senate will be minimal going forward...
As God is my witness, I’ll never confirm a SCOTUS strict constructionist again...
LOLLOL
SC re-elected him in 2008 BY A LANDSLIDE
Either he wsa running against Bugs Bunny or the South Carolina Electorate are drinking too much corn likker.
Maybe SC can campaign for a recall law. It might help in shaking the boy up.

This is a bare-faced L I E
Graham is being threatened or blackmailed. This woman is a life long dedicated Marxist who refused to allow the military recruiters on the Harvard campus, and the SCOTUS voted 8-0 to overturn it. She is a bulldyke Bill Ayers!!
In my not so humble opinion, all three branches of government have become a joke.
This is a bit like Bozo the clown saying that he has no problems with Captain Kangaroo. Well, whoop-de-doo.
Kagan and Lindsey after their interview.
hey Sen. Lindsey Graham ask Elana Kagan does United Nations international Human Rights Laws supercedes America constitution laws ?
Good one!
It wouldn’t matter: the U.S. Senate does not recognize recalls from any state. People in SC have inflicted a horrible person on the nation as a whole. I guess it’s Strom’s Revenge!
