Heh...well, it’s only worth watching CNN when their candidates lose - well worth the look at their tears...
CNN has no idea of what is going on right now... (Tea Party and all). They are still living in their world and it is a place that I don’t recognize...
Of course I switched back to watch O’Reilly - actually record so I don’t miss it...heh.
Thanks, sb.
Especially considering who was on the other side -- Mitch McConnell, Dick Cheney and the GOP establishment. That's 2-for-2 against Cheney.
Looks like Mithcy McConnel has the political gravitas
of ailing RINO. He lacks the gonads to stand up and
fight against the Marxists. Clean house is the order
of the day.
The goal now is to make Dan Coats the most moderate republican in the Senate!
How is he polling vs. likely Dem primary winners?
Now the question is, will the GOP here do what they have done in Florida (where I used to live) and either abandon the conservative "upstart", or worse sabotage him in the general election?
IMHO, the party establishment RINOs are capable of doing that when their chosen candidate loses the primary. Never forget that the GOP dislikes (and is afraid of) conservatives more than Democrats.
Loses in 06 and 08 have taught the party rulers very little. Actually nothing. Morons.
We have a Kenyan, why not someone from another African nation?
In My Michigan district the second most conservative candidate recently made a fatal mistake of blowing off the Right to life banquet to go fundraising with the main street republicans.
I wasn’t going to vote for him but I was hopeful he would run for an instate office. Now I’m not so sure I want him involved in Michigan politics at all. The main street republicans have been for fetal stem cell research, against drilling for oil, pro amnesty etc.
At least the most conservative candidate is still leading the entire field.
Right on and they have Donna Brazile trying to convince us that the dems aren't in trouble, it's the strife only taking place in the GOP. Good grief!
Will continue to watch CNN as I'm sitting on pins and needles waiting to hear about Specter.
Who knew??? ;)
Well the RATs haven't.
Whadda ya mean "we".
Not hardly.
Rand Paul on Abortion
I am 100% pro life. I believe abortion is taking the life of an innocent human being.
I believe life begins at conception and it is the duty of our government to protect this life.
I will always vote for any and all legislation that would end abortion or lead us in the direction of ending abortion. I believe in a Human Life Amendment and a Life at Conception Act as federal solutions to the abortion issue. I also believe that while we are working toward this goal, there are many other things we can accomplish in the near term.
It is unconscionable that government would facilitate the taking of innocent life. I strongly oppose any federal funding for abortion and will stop the flow of tax dollars to groups like Planned Parenthood, who perform or advocate abortions.
In addition, I believe we may be able to save millions of lives in the near future by allowing states to pass their own anti-abortion laws. If states were able to do so, I sincerely believe many -- including Kentucky -- would do so tomorrow, saving hundreds of thousands of lives. Before 1973, abortion was illegal in most states. Since Roe v. Wade, over 50 million children have died in abortion procedures.
I would strongly support legislation restricting federal courts from hearing cases like Roe v. Wade. Such legislation would only require a majority vote, making it more likely to pass than a pro-life constitutional amendment.
I would support legislation, a Sanctity of Life Amendment, establishing the principle that life begins at conception. This legislation would define life at conception in law, as a scientific statement.
As your Senator, there are many ways I can help end abortion. I will fight for each and every one of them.

Whereas, many of Sarah's picks cause me to take a closer look at her and throw that into my as yet unfinished evaluation of her.
Ha, you have more guts than I do... I will watch FOX and when Specter goes down, will switch to CNN to watch the crocodile tears... You will have a bit more fun watching though...
I'd prefer that to a big spending, globalist, Democrat-cooperating Republican.
IKD, but I heard one TV reporter say that he beats both the democrat’s vying for the nomination tonight in head-to-head polls!
I mean the U.S. Abortion is legal throughout the land. Of course individuals oppose this horror just as they did slavery. Can’t just blame it on the Rats either, many pubbies and libertarians support it.
Are you getting a clue here?
