....Hardly worth the adverse publicity, arrest record, court fines, add-on fees, rehab classes,...
Silly, Kennedys are above Man's Law. (However not above the Law of Physics. See history of Kennedy related plane crashes, car wrecks, skiing into tree, etc....)

comes with the territory
no doubt she gets VIP treatment using the Kennedy name
and gets extra publicity about bad behavior for the same reason
This I believe is his 2d wife and former staffer he impregnated and for whom he dumped wife Sheila - who contested the annulment he sought from the Catholic Church - and won

I think that was his brother Joe Kennedy III. Another scumbag.

It’s worse - she drank rubbing alchohol.

'Its worse - she drank rubbing alchohol." Can't that cause blindness?

I thought that if cops responded to a domestic call, someone had to go to jail.

Well, you can tell she's a Kennedy by marriage; her blood alcohol was only 0.11.
For a "real" Kennedy, that's their BAC when they're born.

Actually, the new and almost unknown NY limit is 0.05
That's the lowest limit I've ever seen. Is .05 the law or is it just a number that police use to detain a suspect?

It's a new category known as “DWAI”. It has the same penalties that a DUI used to have.
“Driving While Ability Impaired (DWAI) drivers must have a BAC between 0.05 and 0.07, or show any evidence of intoxication by alcohol or another drug.”
That's quite a barndoor.

reporting a domestic dispute between the Kennedy children (1 hr./.17 min.) to break up the children?!
I can just imagine my parents calling the police to break up a fight between us kids. /NOT

The wife of Robert F. Kennedy Jr. was charged with drunken driving after a police officer saw her run over a curb outside a suburban school, authorities said Tuesday.
Kennedy told police she was at the school in Bedford, about 45 miles north of New York City, to pick up people from a carnival, authorities said.

"Katherine Hepburns voice finally drove her over the edge."I've read that both Kennedy Jr. and Susan Collins are among those who suffer from the neurological malady that causes the "Hepburn" voice.
