President Barack Obama's Kenyan aunt can stay in the United States, a U.S. immigration judge has ruled, ending a more than six-year legal battle over her status.

Judge Leonard Shapiro made the decision Friday, court officials told CNN. Two government sources confirmed Monday that the ruling will give legal status to Zeituni Onyango, allowing her to remain in the country.

What kind of signal does this send to Arizona? This is not good from the Judge and I don't believe that Obama stayed out of the matter as the report says. It says she came here and received a Social Security card. How could she get a social security card if she was denied asylum? Also all of the sudden there is a lot of talk going on of the President using a Conneticutt Social Security Card when he did not ever live there. Private Investigators have tracked also other SS Cards to the President.

There was no doubt, only hope. Hope that one day some judge will follow the law, like Obama said his aunt should, instead of playing politics.

Obama was involved but instead of being involved in getting her to stay he should have been involved in shipping her sorry, welfare mooching ass out of here.

Wait a minute. The article said that Obama wasn’t involved.

And, as we all know, Obama always tells the truth. Such as:

- the record setting deficits this year and last year are Bush’s fault
- we are winning the war in Afghanistan due to Obama’s brilliant new strategy
- Gitmo was closed last January
- Unemployment is at 8%
- Obama has created 5 million new green jobs
- All the drilling in the Gulf over the past year and a half was done with all proper permits in hand
- Obama officials brilliantly handled and thrwarted the attempted terrorist attacks in Manhattan and Detroit
- Fort Hood was NOT terrorism
- ObamaCare will reduce the deficit.

Given Obama’s unblemished record of truthfulness, and how he has delivered on all of his promises, I have to believe that he had nothing to do with the amnesty.
