Of course he’s Americanized, he was born here. And if your argument is that he MAY possibly become violent and turn terrorists ten years from now is just an ad hominem attack, no one knows for sure what they’ll be in the future, I could become a radical anti-government militant going around killing federal officers. I don’t think I will, government does have its place after all (under our heels of course) but my point is we can only assume the future to the best of our knowledge.

As for bringing more here you’re mostly right. But his father and grandfather were businessmen working with the US in Iran and they were forced to flee after the revolution. We do have allies in muslim areas, should we just leave them in the wind also.

BTW: the US not only transported to the US but gave citizenship to many Nazi Party members who killed Americans during the war. Oh, its alright cause people like Wernher von Braun somehow managed to live the rest of his life without turning any jews into his slave laborers. /sarc

So what you’re saying is that EVERYONE raised muslim is a born lier AND ideologue and can never be trusted...even those who aren’t practicing or part of a muslim culture anymore?

That’s BS, you actually think that?

You were saying ...

So what you’re saying is that EVERYONE raised muslim is a born lier AND ideologue and can never be trusted...

I'll help clear up a few things here ... LOL ...

First of all "everyone" is a born liar (or else they learn it really early ... LOL ...) ... in case you haven't observed kids growing up ... :-) it doesn't take them too long, and that's why parents work on that one ...

And the Bible makes that clear, too... so that's a "no-brainer" there.

BUT, for the Judeo-Christian "worldview" and outlook the "training" is to counteract the "born-liar" status off all people. And, in addition, with the Judeo-Christian worldview, outlook and training -- it's definitely not part of the idealogy and/or religion to "promote lying in defense of the faith".

On the other hand, with Muslims, it's "foundational" with their idealogy to practice Taqiyya (lying for Allah) in "defense of their faith" -- so it's inculcated as part of this evil and despicable and oppressive idealogy -- namely Islam, designed specifically to "take over the world" by violence and force, and control all nations of the world -- either through that violence that they so easily espouse, and/or by subterfuge and lying (taqiyya).

So, yes, all Muslims are raised with that understanding, unless they missed a few classes ... LOL ...

All you have to do is look at CAIR to see "Taqiyya in action" ... around here ... "officially"... and it goes on all the time unofficially.

And, no..., if one is an adherent to the evil and despicable and violent idealogy of Islam, they can never be trusted -- especially not in this country... ever ...

American cartoonists are learning to keep quiet. They're being actively intimidated by radical Muslims. It's ugly - it might be our future too.

Does your friend speak out against this type of intimidation? Or does he see "both" sides? Trust me, there's not two sides to this issue - either you accept living in a free country - or you don't. So, tell me - what's his take on cartoonists being killed and or being intimidated?

Well then if what you’re saying is true then we might as well kill then all now...i’m serious. We have to share this planet with them for the rest of eternity and the muslim world is only becoming stronger. Sooner or later we’ll slip up and the US might end up looking like Caprica from the Battlestar Galatica miniseries (the shot from orbit showing dozens of nukes going off).

Of course what you’re saying isn’t true and sooner or later you’re going to have to reconcile with that. The US is not going back to being isolationist and we’re not going to exclude a fifth of the worlds population.

You were saying ...

Well then if what you’re saying is true then we might as well kill then all now...i’m serious. We have to share this planet with them for the rest of eternity and the muslim world is only becoming stronger.

This is why the U.S. is "finished" and "over with" -- if the Muslims do as they always do. Europe is "done for" right now ... and the U.S. is right behind them ...

There's only one way to take care of it, which I doubt some will agree with -- and that's to make Islam and the practice of that evil and despicable and violent and oppressive idealogy illegal and thus outlawed in this country and prevent any mosques from being built and get rid of all the ones that are here now.

Islam needs to be totally destroyed and eradicated from the world... just like any other evil and despicable and oppressive idealogy needs, also ...

See the following from another post of mine...

That evil and oppressive governmental idealogy of Islam and the way of implementing it by Sharia law is already making inroads right here in this country — the good ole USA. We’re about to see a “takeover” of the U.S. by the evil and oppressive idealogy of the government of Islam (that is aiming for world-wide conquest and has stated that the U.S. is *on its list* to take over...)

And for those people who need some additional facts about what the evil and oppressive governmental idealogy of Islam is doing, look at some of the following.

There’s no question about it... the enemy is *Islam* itself and the evil and oppressive and false idealogy that it perpetrates. Some say the problem is “fascism” (instead of the basic oppressive governmental idealogy of Islam, itself). But, that is to engage in “political correctness” and nothing more... and sidetracks people from the *true enemy* in this war.

In one generation we’ll see, right here in the United States that “Islam” is the enemy and not “fascism”...

Muslim Demographics...

and also, this...

Islam: What the West Needs to Know - FULL LENGTH ENGLISH VERSION

and then, looking at this...

“The Third Jihad” (video - abridged version of film)

This is the allowance of “false gods” to take over this nation because of the ignorance of the people of the land in regards to the true God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob...

And so, we see that we’re going to have the “false god of Islam” ruling over the USA and running the USA in just one generation from now.

Isn’t it interesting they pick the Arab immigrant from a bunch of blond Americans and coincidently the runner up Miss Oklahoma is asked about Arizona immigration. If that doesn’t stink of liberal set up then I don’t know what does. But then again I do not believe in coincidences.

The US is not going back to being isolationist and we’re not going to exclude a fifth of the worlds population.

Look - you've got to get real on this issue. If you substitute the word "fascism" for "radical islamist" would you understand how the rest of us feel? Would you insist that we accept fascism - because you know some nice fascists? I understand that many Muslims come here to get away from their totalitarian counties - immigrants who hate the boot on the neck as much as we do... I know some of these people - I care about them. But this issue is too important to be decided on our desire to appear open and tolerant. That's a "feel good" mistake.

I wouldn't was my fellow citizens to exclude my Muslim friends from the benefits of our culture.

But you must not be innocent to the point of being silly, Raymann.

Many Muslim ideas are incompatible with a free culture. And many Muslims push those ideas. We need time to Amercanize Muslims who are already here... if we can do that - and some cultures haven't been able to succeed at that - then we can start allowing them to immigrate once again. For now, let's step back - let's err on the side of prudence.

Fine, last reply. If you substitute the word fascism then it just makes it even more important that we not only step up our fight against them but also save as many innocents as we can. But there is no such thing as a nice fascists, there are nice muslims though but it seems all you want to do is toss the baby out with the bathwater.

As for being open an tolerant, I don’t particularly care about that nor do I give a rats ass about what the world thinks about us. The only thing I care about is the rights of the individual, everyones rights. Yes we have to protect ourselves (and in many ways we don’t do that good a job of it) but broad brushes OUGHT NOT be used to do so when it comes to dealing with individuals. When broad strokes and generalizations are made about people, their rights are the first thing that goes out the window.

If you think a person is a radical, THEN MAKE YOUR CASE! Do that and you can torture them on the steps of the Capitol if you want (I’ll bring the pliers) but judging someone on the basis of their religion alone goes against the grain of everything this country should be about. Do that and we would no longer be the “free country” you claim to care about.

As for immigration, hell 90% of the people who immigrate here are from latin america. And if you want the islamists deported and/or prevented from entering the country, I have no problem with that. Just remember my original argument was for these “Americanized Muslims” you’re talking about.

First, you're wrong about fascists - I'm ever so sure there were "nice" people living in Germany during World War II. Not all of them were members of the SS - not all of them were working in concentration camps. That said, those "nice" Germans - for the most part - did NOTHING to stop the worst evil ever to come out of a modern civilized country. By your standards, every one of those Germans - those who paid their taxes, sent their sons off to fight, and propped up the machine - were just fine as long as they were "good people".

Whatever the hell that means...

Maybe you mean friendly - neighborly, kept a clean house, paid their bills on time, had friends over for barbecue...

We're looking at this very differently, Raymann. But please stay with me...

I've known people who were alive - in Germany - during the time of NAZIS - I've also known people who survived concentration camps during that same time period - a 6 foot tall neighbor ( years ago) - whose weight was in the high 90's when he was released. If you go back over my replies - even those following 9/11, you will find my consistent comments that I would stand with my innocent Muslim neighbors if someone came after them ONLY because of their religion. I still feel that way. So please don't paint me with YOUR broad brush.

I never said I wanted anyone deported - I said we need to slow new immigration waaaaaay down. In Islam - because Mohammad was also a mayor - the religious and political are horribly intertwined. That's important. How important? We need to find out.

Think of it like this - if fascism was intertwined with the Lutheran religion, we'd have to think twice about allowing German Lutherans to immigrate here (in large numbers) - especially if "Radical Lutheran fascist " were at war with us.

Also, it's important that Muslims living here are not pulled down by too many immigrants flooding the system with "old country" ideas. Assimilation takes time. Slowing things down will also help Muslims who are here.
