Laura Bush: George Now Has A Man Cave
He doesnt have a White House staff making the coffee anymore, but former President George W. Bush now has a man cave.
That was among the revelations made by former First Lady Laura Bush on Fox News Sunday, where she appeared to plug her new book Spoken from the Heart.
The Bushes new home in suburban Dallas boasts a satellite dish. We have the huge-screen TV. That was one of the first things we bought and put upstairs in Georges man cave, that we call it, the one big room thats upstairs, and where his desk is and his computer. And thats where he likes to watch the Texas Rangers every night, Laura Bush said.

What is your reason for believing that people who support President Bush should not have the right to post here?
I never stated that, nor do I believe it. Although contrary opinions weren't tolerated on those ridiculous Bush pictorial threads of yor', of course you people have a "right" to post here.
I guess my point was that anyone who publicly promotes marriage based on poop-sex and is pro killing our offspring immediately gets moved to my s***-list.
She may take nice pics, but Laura is a woefully disorientated woman with a double-digit IQ. It would have been better for everyone if she just kept quiet.
I don't know how this wound up in breaking news either. I'm with you on that.

Miers certainly lays waste to Kagan.
It looks like this has been taken out of Breaking News. My guess is that it was put there originally by the poster to draw as much BDS hostility as possible and keep the feeding frenzy going.
btw, your ignorance about Laura is remarkable, and your initial dismay that Bush supporters were on this thread still humorous. Although I agree that Laura should have kept quiet about certain things. The media-types are having a field day, and she's encouraging it, IMO.
Not quite Grunthor. Seems they are two peas in a pod.
Perhaps, but it doesn't take a PhD in Laura Bush to discredit her. Over the last few days of book hawking, she herself has stated that she supports homosexual marriage, she supports abortion and she supports Maobama's leftist SC nominee. I didn't say any of that, she did.
Yes, I must admit that I'm a bit dismayed that some people actually believe that cutesy pictures somehow ameliorate moral and intellectual disorientation.
They're out there voting and stuff.
I would venture to say that the frequenters of the Dose are, by and large, far more intellectually capable, rational and discriminating than the band of thugs that goes around from thread to thread on FR spreading mindless and factually inaccurate BDS.
Remember that hatred of George W. Bush is the primary motivater of leftists. Rational, thoughtful understanding is not present in either a leftist Bush hater, nor one who claims conservatism.
It's a good thing that there are a few of us who inject reason into these threads. It certainly isn't coming from BDS'ers.
btw, I doubt that any informed person loves Laura Bush for her conservatism. She never claimed it. Most of us don't require political alignment to respect others.
But I'm not the only one for whom these comments and views are disappointing. The difference is that I will respond by praying for Laura, that God would speak to her and help her to understand how she is wrong, and not despising her.
Attention spent (as many are here on FR) on despising Laura Bush is attention not spent on saving our fragile Republic from destruction.
Let's not get distracted. We have an enormous task ahead, and we'd better be united in fighting the right fight.
I’d like to argue with that point....I just can’t.
GHWB’s comment was made in innocence.
Yours is made with prejudice.
You should be ashamed.
Oh, my gosh! After seeing those pics, I just assumed she was a dyke and had come out of the closet, after leaving Hewlitt-Packard! I am so sorry. I misjudged her. She may be married with kids for all I know.
