Exclusive: Officials deny US changing view on Israeli nuclear policy.
The Obama administration has screwed up the messaging about its support for Israel over the past 14 months, and it will take more than one month to make up for 14 months, White House chief of staff Rahm Emanuel said on Thursday to a group of rabbis called together for a meeting in the White House.
During the elections there were doubts about President Obamas support for Israel, and now they have resurfaced, Emanuel said, according to one of those who participated in the meeting. But concerning policy, we have done everything that we can that is in Israels security and long-range interests. Watch what the administration does.
Dennis Ross, who runs the administrations Iran policy, tried to allay fears during the meeting that by calling for a nuclear-free Middle East, US policy regarding Israels alleged nuclear capabilities was changing.

These comments came during the second of two White House meetings with a carefully selected slate of 15 rabbis from across the US representing the Orthodox, Reform and Conservative streams. The first meeting took place on April 20, shortly after Obama was widely perceived to have treated Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu shabbily during their last White House meeting.

Of course they say that now, there’s an election in November. I don’t believe them.

Obama has been his usual, arrogant self. The perception that he is anti-Israel is based on gathering data and assessing facts. Now he’s two-stepping. Will it work? Fool me once, shame on you....

There was no screw up. Obama and company are Jew haters to the core. Rahm is simply a high priced whore.

Funny though, “14 months of perceived bad messaging will not be made up for in one month”..Rahm E.
Translation:
“we will make it up in the 5 months before the November elections, these folks will believe whatever we tell them”
What was surprising was an event that featured Obamao with a Chabat Rabbi, that was a bit of eye brow raiser for me at least.

All wise men know that they lie. They lie about everything. They are now sorting out the consequence of lying about the stance toward Israel taken to persuade Iran to change course.
The problem is why should they be believed now.
Is a lie about a lie truth?

During the elections there were doubts about President Obamas support for Israel, and now they have resurfaced, Emanuel said They haven't "resurfaced" - for many of us they never went away. It doesn't take in-depth investigation, excruciating analysis, or painful reflection - all it takes is a casual glance to see that Øbozo & co are hostile to Israel and its survival.
Good luck trying to sell that smelly fish rhambo...

Screwed up, mightily. And intentionally. And will do so again.

Anyone who believes Rahm is a fool. This is a clear cut case of the administration playing both sides of the aisle.

I'd like to know how they intend to have "a nuclear free middle east" without compromising Israel's security--especially when an arab nuke is only as far away as the nearest NoKorean freighter.
A-holes trying to square the circle and get the Jews to believe them.
To: traderrob6
Dennis Ross is one of those media experts who is known for being an expert. He has accomplished nothing as far as I can see in his whole career as a "middle east expert." Except get a lot of face time on TV.
To: maggief
You don’t have a messaging problem, Rahm. You have a reality problem.
