I don't believe that. Several years ago when my grandson was 16 he went to get a fishing license. They asked for his SS No. He gave it to them they entered it into the computer and then they said this SS was issued to a World War II veteran, and you don't look to be that old. When my daughter contacted the SS office (I can't remember exactly what was said) but the drift was basically it was OK.
