Pat Metheny Group

Patrick Bruce "Pat" Metheny (pronounced muh-THEE-nee; born August 12, 1954) is an American jazz guitarist and composer.

One of the most successful and critically acclaimed jazz musicians to come to prominence in the 1970s and '80s, he is the leader of the Pat Metheny Group and is also involved in duets, solo works and other side projects. His style incorporates elements of progressive and contemporary jazz, post-bop, latin jazz and jazz fusion. Pat Metheny has three gold albums and 17 Grammy Awards.

We're all on the mend. Nasty stomach bug hit us all this week. It started with Bittygirl on her birthday.

I got into the garage today to finish dismembering the old water heater that gave out last week. "Construction debris" is bad in the recycle bin. Scrap metal is good.

In a moment of inspiration, or insanity, I saw a new smoker. Like Michelangelo, I just had to cut away all the marble surrounding it. LOL
