I saw an angel the day I went to an abortion clinic. That angel spared me from doing the unthinkable. It was 25+ years ago. I hope I have changed many lives through telling my story.

I hope she finds what she is clearly seeking. Forgiveness is forever. Grace is freeing.

Thank you for posting your personal story. You saw an angel. Here's the true story of an abortionist who was visited by a saint.

If she will come to the foot of the cross of Jesus and ask his forgiveness, He will heal her and deliver her from all of her woundings. She will be made whole and this abortion will not have any power over her. She will be set free. I've heard the testimony of too many Christian women who had abortions but had received their forgiveness from God. They are completely at peace with themselves and God which proves the supernatural power of God to intervene in our lives and set us free. But it only comes with true repentance.

If she is Catholic, she needs to go to Confession and she will feel like a HUGE WEIGHT is lifted off her soul. Prayers.

My husband and I lost a child, a daughter, at 24 weeks gestation. She lived about an hour. This was in Dec 2000. I’ve had three daughters since, but there isn’t a day goes by that I don’t think of our precious lost baby.
I can’t imagine a woman knowingly, purposefully, consigning her child to death. May God have mercy on their souls.

I’m rather surprised that this story was aired on MTV. Good.
“A Dream A Lot Like Mine” at http://emmettgrayson.com is my little part of this growing story. Go to the “mixpod player” and click the title of the song if you’d like to hear it. It does get a better response even in the smokey bars than I ever really expected.

Sorry I missed that it was VH1 not MTV

The worst lie ever perpetrated on women by the “feminist” movement was that abortion was the great equalizer.
Abortion has done more to subserviate women to men than anything else in history.

Thomas said that she eventually pursued the one way she felt she could "fix" the abortion - by having another child by the same man. The relationship later disintegrated. This is the EXACT same scenario that happened to a friend in college. She cried every day post abortion and the only way she could think to fix it was to have another child by the same guy. She was pregnant within two months, had the child and dropped out of college. Haven't heard from her since.

I was at the March for Life this year. One of the most powerful images was the women on stage carrying signs that read “I Regret My Abortion”, as well as one woman who stood at the podium and tearfully told her story.
The courage it takes for those women to publicly come forward.... I can’t imagine. We must never forget that not all women who have abortions do it “willingly.” So many, too many, are pressured and forced by boyfriends, parents, etc. We need to pray for women in these circumstances, not condemn them. May God bless them and keep them.
