This guy Manning is either a total lunatic, an outright fraud, or secretly working with the communist left. He is claiming here that Obama was a CIA operative during the Reagan administration AGAINST the Soviets! Nothing could be more ridiculous than that. Obama was up to his eyeballs in the pro-Soviet, communist-led “no nukes” movement while he was a student at Columbia. The “no nukes” operation was based out of nearby Riverside Church by the Soviet front Institute for Policy Studies.

The movement, btw, has begun anew this past May Day (again out of Riverside Church). I was at the rally in Times Square (May 2) and it was an international commie fest from beginning to end. I have tons of photos and video. Anyone helping Manning get this BS out is serving as an Useful Idiot for the communists.
