Im talking about lawsuit liability resulting from an accident involving a firearm. It is a whole different problem for a business owner.It should be the problem of the person carrying carelessly, not the owner of the premises unless the person is an employee, but then that is a measure of the need for tort reform.

I see what you mean. There was a guy that pulled up to my bank put his car in neutral, no parking brake and it rolled into another car.
The bank should have made a rule that no one can come to the bank by car or at least shut down their drive up.
