In the interview, conducted by a White House staffer who produces videos for the administration, Kagan discusses her childhood, parents and professional career.

So the White House has it's own media in house. The first part of the article bewails the administration's use of in house interviews to protect it's favorites from scrutiny. Oddly enough, at the end ofthe article, another MSN type marvels at the White Houses' novel method of obtaining 'unfiltered/ information from Kagan. Unfiltered? The gov won't allow her to be interviewed by non staff and this is unfiltered access? Does that particular MSN lackey want a job at the WHite House too???

I’d like to know where she went to primary and high school. Did she attend the public schools her mother taught in? Or , like nearly all West Side liberals, did she attend one of the pricey, lily white private school that dot the liberal island of Manhattan.

She’s joking about confused people when she thinks it’s the Attorney General that puts the labels on cigarettes, when it’s the SURGEON General’s warning on cigarettes??

Complicated question... The “Surgeon General’s Warnings” are in fact codified in the U.S. Code (i.e. legislated by Congress). I’m sure the Surgeon General was consulted? lol.

But the A.G. (and the U.S. Attorneys under him) have the responsibility to enforce the labeling (as with all other federal laws).

Not sure what her point was.
