Sen. Robert Bennett (R-Utah), who lost his bid for re-nomination on Saturday, has not ruled out running as a write-in candidate for the Senate this fall.
"I've made no decisions to make a decision," he said Tuesday when asked about his political future.
Bennett would only say he'd make a decision "later."
Such a decision would put his colleagues - who personally like Bennett but will only endorse a GOP candidate in the primary - in a tough position.
"It's a little like going to your own funeral while you're still alive," the 76-year-old, three term senator said of his colleagues who said they'd support the GOP nominee in Utah.

That is my biggest concern! Obama is already friendly with the global elitists who want to bring Earth under a global government. If that happens under his watch, he will likely call an end to America and crown himself Dictator under a repressive global regime.
If that doesn’t scare Americans to arms... we are truly lost as a culture and as a society.
Guess we will send more out in November and work hard in the meantime choosing those we wish to serve. It is going to be a bloodbath and those in the way are going to get run over. I love that people are engaged in the process and firing shots across the bow. I am thinking they are getting the message and none are immune. If we work hard some “Big Dog” Dems could go as well. I see about 75 House Seats gone and at least a dozen Senate seats changing hands.

If you think the weeping, moaning and contempt for CONSERVATIVES Bennett exhibits is something, just imagine how McCain would act if HE were bumped off in the primary! These RINO bums really show their true colors (I’ll become a write-in candidate and hope to elect the DEMOCRAT in order TO GET EVEN) when they don’t get their way.
