Wouldn't surprise me if that order was given and it also wouldn't surprise me if the order was ignored by all parties. SF goes places where GOD is their only companion and their only hope. They wouldn't take something like that in a casual manner.
I also have to chuckle at the idiots who did this awful thing. Because one day, they're all going to be standing in front of the God of the Universe and HE is going to be asking some very pointed questions. Answers are going to bring some eternal consequences.
