It strikes me that judicial experience is of utmost importance. She lacks it and the Supreme Court is not a good place for on-the-job training.

It’s like taking a lawyer and making them Chief of Police in Los Angeles.

A supreme court justice isn’t even required to be a lawyer.

She can if she gets 41 Republican Senators to vote yes. Imagine if a republican tried this.

Administrative law is generally considered a lightweight subject. And even at that she’s published next to nothing. She appears to be a gifted academic politician, but that’s about it.

The last justice to join the court without being a judge was William Hubbs Rehnquist who evertually became Chief Justice.

The last Supreme Court Justice confirmed without Judicial experience was William Rhenquist...almost 40 years ago.

She can’t be worse than Sotomanure. They will vote with the libs and the Swinger Kennedy will see which way the wind blows.

The Constitution requires no law degree or experience for a SCOTUS justice.
However, the Constitution does require a POTUS to be native born. The real issue is how long before this imposter is removed?

Personally, I’d rather have some non-judge, non-lawyer types on the SCOTUS.

She is an extreme left-wing Marxist. That was her only qualification needed. Oh, that, and she is not white.

Here comes another enforcer of utopian dreams; one unanchored by the founding philosophy of our wonderful Constitution.
She will feel right at home among the other black robed minor gods.

Kagan Can Be a Justice, Though Shes Never Been a Judge? William Rehnquist hadn't been a judge before being named to the Supreme Court and he didn't turn out too bad.
