Huckabee was on Fox&Friends yesterday morning.

The discussion went to the AZ immigration bill.

Huck was advocating building more of the fence -- eventually completely across the border -- ‘like was done in Duncan Hunter's district in California’.

Huck has changed his tune since he was pro-amnesty, pro-open borders, pro-illegals governor. [I guess, if McCain can shape-shift into a conservative on border issues, Huck can, too.]

That seems to hint that Huck is thinking about another run in 2012.

Since Bennett in UT was endorsed by Romney, many in the Bennet-loses threads seem to think that will hurt Romney.

[Gag] That could mean that the MSM might start pushing Huck as the front-runner.

Radio says Mexican police officer was arrested for drug smuggling after bringing what is believed to be cocaine across the border in Arizona.

It won't help Huck if MSM pushes him or anyone else. The bigger message which should scare every incumbent is the Bennett story in Utah. Rush's "See you in November" plays constantly in my head...and it's getting louder and louder.

Traveling thru Raleigh this morning, and the local buzz seems to be lots of incumbents lost this week's primaries in North Carolina....mostly Dems...substantially better Republican turnout that for Dems.

Huckabee signed the NumbersUSA anti-amnesty pledge during the 2008 primary in SC. I was in attendance when he signed it with Roy Beck standing next to him.

The RINOs changing their tunes on illegal immigration is a good sign that they see it as a key electoral issue.
