Good job on the kid who tore the rag down.
There were pro-US protestors in front of the school on Friday.
Local talk radio has been all over this.

Hoisting the mexican rag was bad enough but putting it ABOVE the US flag was disgusting!!!!

I still think that celebrating a victory over the French is kind of a goofy idea. Especially if you were the home team. But hey! If it helps sell more beer, what the heck! Go for it.

I live in Spring and my kids go to Klein schools. Klein Collins is right down the street from me. I receive Klein updates by email and this is what they sent me.

completely clueless (sorry for being redundant) school employees. Cannot think of a single good reason to put a foreign national flag in a promient place in a school, even for a single day’s beer celebration.
Do schools also fly Belgium flags to celebration some of their beer brands, or maybe German flags on Octoberfest, or Irish or Catholic flags on St Patrick’s day?
Hmmm, didn’t think so.

There is no way I'd visit Mexico and try to install an American flag anywhere. It's just be darned RUDE.
But let these pro-illegals keep abusing free US students, and see what it gets them. New state laws, for one!

I hear the school and leftists in Ann Arbor are miffed that the black field trip story went national.
The story out of California still has me worried. Those 5 boys are NOT safe, they cannot go back to that school. The faculty sounds as if they’d encourage attacks on those kids.

I call BS on this story.
The kid's not a hero. He's a thief.
Sorry, this is an example of looking for a story to fit a template - just like they do on the left.
The pic showing the American upside down and beneath the Mexican flag is bull. Here's a pic of the actual "offense".
The kid stole the flag. It was part of a harmless display. His excuse is lame. He was just being mischievous and got caught. I can't believe how gullible everyone is on this.
Let's see, I support Rule of Law, Ordered Liberty, Respect for Private Property, - er uh except if somebody says they defy all of that in the name of Patriotism. This is BS.
There's probably plenty wrong with Klein ISD - but suspending a kid for destroying a school display isnt' one of them.

I understand why the Mexican/Americans are so proud of their Mexican heritage. I mean, what other country has been as Corrupt and backward for over 200 years. This is amazing when you really think about it. How on earth has Mexico gotten by without collapsing?

On 4th of July in mexico you won’t see an American flag so why would we let one get put up here.
