The number of children born outside marriage in the United States has increased dramatically to four out of ten of all births. Figures show that 41 per cent of children born in 2008 did not have married parents - up from 28 per cent in 1990.

I fear that you may be correct, but keep in mind that the only reason it is obeyed in the muslim countries is because it is enforced under the rule of sharia law. In other words, without fear of barbaric punishment, most wouldn’t uphold those traditions either.
This can be traced directly to the “great society.”

I’m not old enough to remember it, but I believe in 1954 there were a number of published books and studies talking about the out of wedlock births of the black community. As the civil rights movement had heated up in 1954 the response was to show how blacks lived, and this was a major issue.

Of all the homeschoolers I know, that is very true. They also have well, behaved children and go on to do very well for themselves.

Agreed. So as not to be misunderstood, I do not view Islam as upright in reality, only in apparent structure. All manner of demonic activity is at the heart of that cult. Satan plays all sides against the other, and can appear as a servant of righteousness when it suits him.
Young women are waking up to the painful results of an elective abortion and the lifelong regret. Older educated women, where we see a large swing, are financially capable.
Nowhere in this article do I read that fathers aren't playing a financial or emotional role in the baby's life.
