Five years ago she jumped the cruise ship she was working on and deliberately overstayed her visa...she knew how the visa system worked...
They have spent $7000 on legal fees...They could have flown back to the Phillipines and got married there and then applied for her to come here...she would have been here legally years ago...
But NOOOOOOOOOO they knew better than the US immigration laws...
No sympathy here...
