I think this is all BS. A Philippine-born naturalized American citizen U.S. Army lieutenant married an overstaying Filipina tourist they now got three years old daughter. The U.S. Army husband feared deportation of his wife after exhausting all effort to legalize her immigration status. What’s the big deal? Didn’t the Pakistani terrorist who married a U.S. citizen got his naturalization after three years? U.S. Immigration and Custom Enforcement don’t even make effort to go catch the illegals begging for piecemeal job at HomeDepot’s because the media will categorize it as racism. As far as I know the U.S. Immigration and Custom Enforcement don’t threaten to deport someone with lawyer-retainer while aready proving intention to legalize his/her immigration status in the United States.
