That’s amazing.
Get this woman on a ballot somewhere, she is the kind of person we need to support.
To: Daisyjane69
God bless this brave woman.

This woman should be given a national platform to speak like this!
This is how you deal with liberals!!!!

No fooling!
I checked, but hadn’t seen the video posted here yet.
Also, Hillbuzz is an awesome site. Formerly HRC supporters, part of that endangered species: moderate Democrats. A bunch of gay guys in the Boystown section of Chicago. They are no longer Democrats (post health-care) but not ready to be conservatives...yet. Detest the Obamas. Know where all the bodies are buried in Chicago.
LOL

Her community would definitely be better served with her....rather than Raul Grijalda.

In her words, I can picture my own immigrant grandfather (legal) saying these very same things.
He must be spinning in his grave, watching to goings-on in this country.

She reminds me very much of my mother, also an immigrant, and a refugee of the Spanish Civil War. Courageous, determined, and possessed of a clear sense of right and wrong. In fact, she looked very much like Miss Sesito at that age. Amazing. Now a U.S. Citizen and 85 years old, we were discussing the situation in Arizona and SB1070 at lunch the other day. Now 85 years old and strong as ever, she briefly paused over her plate of chorizo and garbanzos, raised her glass of Rioja, and as she peered into it, calmly said, “all dees eeleegals chood’ be grabbed by dee scruff of der knecks and frog marched South.” Way to go, Mom.

great stuff that will never make the evening news nor any poll showing that the LEGAL immigrants are for this nearly 2 to 1.
I guess the LEGAL immigrants are smart enough to know when a law is being broken but the ILLEGAL immigrants are not.
I guess the LEGAL immigrants are smart enough to read and understand the bill while the ILLEGAL immigrants, their willing accomplices in the MSM and the demagogue in chief and DISUNITER isn't (and that fool supposedly has a law degree)

We need more people like her to come here legally. She gets what it means to be an American; much better than many on the left side of the political spectrum.

One of the things I’ve noticed about the legal immigrants chirping about the state of “things” is how elegant they are.
I’m either getting older, or soft in the cranium. But when I see LEGAL immigrants chime in on this issue, it’s impossible to miss their passion. They have spent years, and not money for a “fine” (like our politicians state) but THOUSANDS of dollars for immigration attorneys to gain their status.
But I don’t think it’s my imagination. These folks seem to be dead serious and they choose their words carefully and with precision. Moreover, like this woman in the video, they take this stuff seriously. Unlike the illegal migrants, who try to plead their case in t-shirts and shorts in the streets, these folks are in suits, demanding to be heard. This reveals a respect they have for this nation and the rule of law. My own grandfather never had his driver’s license test or picture without wearing a 3 piece suit. That he couldn’t afford himself for a long time, and had to borrow. He could never bring himself to show up at a U.S. Gov’t office unless he was properly attired.
He felt he owed America as much.

I especially liked her comment that they were elected to tend to the business of the city, not to become advocates for ilegal immigration.
