I like this idea. Helping terrorists certainly fits in with the constitutional definition of treason: Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort.

I have mixed feelings about it. I’d rather see them executed, personally, but that’s never going to happen. In that case, revoking their citizenship may seem good, but how are we going to control what happens to them if they go back to their native countries? In Pakistan, the latest dumb bomber would probably be a hero.

Me too. When pnh102 finds herself accused and thus stripped of citizenship and deported, we'll be rid of one more person who doesn't understand the word "constitutional."
